This demo shows how to streamline self-service and collaboration in a federated governed organization, using the Denodo Platform. Different users with various roles and responsibilities can implement self-service in a distributed and federated governance model.
In an example use case, the marketing manager explores and finds the data product she is looking for via the Denodo Data Catalog. She then communicates the access request using the embedded ticketing system. The Domain Governance Manager, through semantics and tagged-based policies, applies sophisticated restrictions. The Platform Governance Manager leverages semantics to ensure regulations are met through all the domains. The marketing manager can then get the results she needs without any technical knowledge, using natural language and the power of AI.
