PALO ALTO, Calif., January 28, 2025 – Denodo, a leader in data management, announced that on Data Privacy Day, 2025 (Tuesday, January 28), Denodo will host a panel discussion on data privacy, featuring Chris Pahl, chief privacy officer of Santa Clara County, California (He is also a former advisor to the Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security), and Goli Mahdavi, a partner at BCLP Law. Additionally, Denodo will talk about the technology implications of data privacy.
Data Privacy Day was initiated by the Council of Europe on January 28, 2007 as the European Data Protection Day. Today, it is internationally celebrated as a day to raise awareness and promote best practices about data protection.
